Terms Of Use
The present “Rollink Smart Travel” website and/or application (“the Application”) is operated and managed by Travel Smart Ltd. (“the Company”).
Any access to or use of the Application or the services it provides is subject to the present Terms of Use, to the Privacy Policy and to the Cookies Policy (together called the “Full Terms”). By accessing or using the Application or the provided services, you declare that you have read and understood the Full Terms, that you accept them and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept and agree with the Full Terms, you are thereby prohibited from accessing or using the Application or any of its provided services. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and/or the Cookies Policy at any time. Any such modification will be fully applicable to you without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms from time to time to ascertain whether any updates have been made. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you can choose to refrain from using the Application.
1. Limited Use License
The Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Application and its services subject to compliance with the Full Terms. This license is personal and does not grant you permission to access or use the Application for a commercial purpose. The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
a. Modify the terms of the Limited Use License, limit or revoke it
b. Modify, limit or restrict the services provided by the Application
The Company retains full and exclusive property of all intellectual property rights on the Application, its contents, related information, and any part thereof, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, logos, images, colors, designs, data, compilations of data, text, techniques, algorithms, processes and code. You are thus prohibited from copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, licensing, modifying or creating derivative works from any content or information of the Application, unless as permitted by the Limited Use License to access and use the Application in compliance with the Full Terms. You are not allowed to modify or alter the Application or its code in any way. You are not allowed to bypass or deceive technological functions of the Application, including but not limited to user’s location determination function and mileage tracking function. Any and all cell phone and Internet connection fees and costs that you may incur to access or use the Application, including but not limited to phone or Internet plan, data roaming, SMS/MMS fees and costs, will remain your exclusive responsibility.
2. Personal Account
To be able to use the Application, you will create a personal account by entering your personal contact information and by choosing a username and password. You thereby agree to provide true and complete information and to update this information immediately in case of change. You should not reveal your username or password to anyone and you should not let anyone else than you access and use your account. Please notify Customer Service immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your personal account’s safety and the Company cannot be held liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of your account by you or any other person. You are only allowed to create one personal account per user. The Company reserves the right to refuse to allow a user to open an account or to limit the services the user can access for any reasons. Use of the Application and its services is limited to users who are over 18-years old. The Application may allow you to log in through third-party websites such as Facebook ,or Tweeter, Instagram or Snapchat. It is your responsibility to read the third-party websites’ terms of use, including their privacy and cookies policies. By logging in through these sites, you agree to their terms of use and you understand and agree that the Company may get access to and use the information stored on these sites in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policies. You may be able to effectuate online payments through your personal account. All such payments will be secured and none of your bank account or credit/debit card details will be stored.
3. User Content
You may be allowed to upload content such as photos or videos to your personal account. It is your responsibility to ensure that all content you upload is legal and does not infringe on any third party’s rights, including but not limited to third party intellectual property rights. The Company cannot be held liable for user content which is unlawful, improper, or violates third-party rights including third party intellectual property rights. You are prohibited from uploading unlawful and improper content, including but not limited to pornographic, pedo-pornographic, offensive or indecent content. By uploading content on your account, you acknowledge and agree that by default this content will be available to the public at large. You can choose to further restrict access to this content by modifying your account’s privacy settings. For content which is subject to intellectual property rights, including but not limited to uploaded content such as photos and videos and posts to the Chat, you thereby grant the Company a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, free license to store and use it in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policies (the “IP License”). The Company reserves the right to modify or delete from the Application, for any reason and at its sole discretion, any content uploaded through the Application by a user, including but not limited to photos, videos and chat posts, including after the user’s account has been terminated.
4. Termination
You are entitled at any time to request termination of your personal account. The Company is entitled to terminate your account at any time and for any reason, and in particular if your use of the Application violates the Full Terms, third-party rights or the law. Upon termination of your personal account, the following will occur: a. All of the uploaded user content such as photos and videos will be deleted from your account. However if they have been shared by you or other users, they may remain on other users’ systems or accounts or third-party websites. b. Your posts on the Chat will not be automatically deleted. c. The IP License will end. d. The coupons and gifts to which you were entitled under the Mileage Reward Program will expire. e. Even after termination of your account, the Company may store and use anonymous data related to your use of the Application and its services, including but not limited to mileage tracking, location determination, and chat usage.
5. No Unlawful Use
You may not access or use the Application or the provided services for any purpose or in any manner which are prohibited by law or regulations or which violate third-party rights or the Full Terms. In addition, you are required to adopt a proper and respectful conduct when using the Application, in particular when interacting with other users on the chat room or through uploaded content.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The Application and its services are provided to you “as is” and the Company does not make any representation or warranty regarding the Application and related services. In particular, the Company does not warrant that the Application is free of errors, viruses or any other harmful elements. The Company cannot be held liable for the content or functions of the Application. In addition, the Company cannot be held liable to the users of the Application or to third-parties for any loss or damage of any sort arising out of the access, the use, the dysfunction or the unavailability of part or of all of the Application and provided services, or out of users’ or third parties’ acts or omission and content. The Company does not and cannot monitor the activity of users of the Application and the content they upload, including the posts on the chat board. Users alone will be held liable for their unlawful or improper conduct related to the use of the Application. Users can report unlawful or improper conduct or content to the Company for review as explained in Section 8 below. The Company will remove the reported content, terminate the reported user’s account or undertake any other relevant action if it deems it necessary, to its sole discretion.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and all its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, owners, licensors and licensees from and against any and all incurred liability and costs, including but not limited to legal fees and costs, related to a claim arising out of a breach or alleged breach by you of the Full Terms or of the law in connection with the use of the Application. The Company shall have the right to defend, settle, compromise, and deal in any way it deems necessary with any such claim with counsel of the Company’s choice. You are not entitled to settle any such claim without prior notice to, and prior agreement from, the Company.
8. Reporting Improper Content or Use
You can report any content or use that you believe may be improper, unlawful, in contravention of the Full Terms, or may violate third-party rights or your rights, to the following email address: contact@rollink.com. The Company will review the reported content or use and may take any action it deems necessary, or no action, to its sole discretion, including but not limited to remove the reported content from the Application or terminate a user’s account.
9. Assignment
The Company is entitled to transfer or assign all its rights and obligations under the Full Terms without prior notice and without prior agreement on your part. You are not entitled to transfer or assign your rights and obligations under the Full Terms or in relation with the access to and use of the Application.
10. Invalidity
If one part of the Full Terms were found invalid or unenforceable by any court, tribunal, or other authorized legal authority, such part will be construed so as to give it maximal validity and enforceability in accordance with the Company’s intention as expressed in the Full Terms, and all other parts and clauses of the Full Terms will remain valid and enforceable.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Access to and use of the Application and its provided services is governed by Israeli Law. The Full Terms are governed by Israeli Law. Exclusive jurisdiction on any and all claims arising out of the Full Terms and access to and use of the Application is given to the authorized courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and them alone.
12. Entire Agreement
The Full Terms contain the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Application and the provided services. No other prior agreement, representation, or warranty between the parties, whether oral or in writing, shall be deemed valid.

Privacy Policy
The present Rollink Smart Travel website and/or application ( “the Application”) is operated and managed by Travel Smart Ltd. (“the Company”). The present Privacy Policy explains which information is collected when using the Application, how it is stored, used and shared, as well as your privacy rights and obligations. Any access to or use of the Application or the services it provides is subject to the present Privacy Policy, as well as to the Terms of Use and to the Cookies Policy (collectively, “the Full Terms”). By accessing or using the Application or the provided services, you declare that you have read and understood the Full Terms, that you accept them and agree to comply with them. 1. Collected Information
When you access and use the Application and the services it provides, we collect the following information (“the Collected Information”): Account Registration Information Your personal contact information is required upon opening a personal account on the Application. Such personal information may include: full name, identity number, postal address(es), email address(es), telephone number(s), date of birth and age, gender, and username and password. Some fields are mandatory and are clearly marked as such; others are optional. You will not be allowed to open a personal account and use the Application without providing information marked as mandatory.
Active Use Information
Information related to your active use of and interactions on the Application and its services will be collected as well. This includes: your posts to the chat room of every nature, textual, visual, audio, or audiovisual; any and all content you upload to your personal account, such as photos, videos, links, documents; all correspondence between yourself and other users using the Application’s chat possibilities; and all correspondence of any nature and through any medium between yourself and the Company. If you choose to effectuate payments via the Application, you will be required to provide bank account and/or credit or debit card information. This information will be used to effectuate the payment only and will not be collected and stored.
Localization Information
Some of the services provided by the Application, such as the Luggage Tracker service or the Mileage Reward Program, require localization of your geographical position or of the geographical position of your luggage through contact with the electronic chip present in the luggage. Upon first accessing each one of these services, you will be prompted to give your permission for the Application to determine your geographical position and the geographical position of your luggage. You will not be able to use these services if you do not give such permission. If you accept and give your permission, this will be the default setting for any future use of the specific service for which you have given your permission; you will not be asked again. If you would like to revoke your permission, you can change the privacy and localization settings in your personal account or in your smartphone settings. If you have given your permission, your geographical position and your luggage’s geographical position is information which will be collected. This information is collected not once but many times, allowing for the Application to track your movement or the movement of your luggage. This enables the Application to determine the distance you or your luggage has traveled and to award you gifts or coupons accordingly in the framework of the Mileage Reward Program.
Usage Information
We collect as well statistical information about your usage of the Application and its services in order to better understand users’ needs and preferences and improve the provided services. This information includes: personal information such as the chat groups to which you participate, the advertisements and pages on which you have clicked and which you have viewed, the topics that are of interest to you, your IP address, browser type, type of Internet connection, and type of operating system; and non-personal anonymous data such as the time you spend on the Application, the frequency to which you log in to your account or use the provided services, and the scope of your use.
2. Use of the Collected Information
The Collected Information will be copied and stored in the Company’s databases. We may use the Collected Information for the following purposes:
- To enable you to use the Application
- To enable you to benefit from personalized gifts and coupons
- To properly operate and manage the Application
- To improve and further develop the Application and related services
- To choose and display advertisement which is relevant to you
- To contact you via telephone, e-mail or SMS/MMS or mail. Such communications may include newsletters, coupons or gifts rewards, correspondence from the Company regarding the use of the Application and potential updates and changes, and promotional offers and content from the Company or third-parties on services and products which may be of interest to you. You can choose at all time to opt out of any one or all of these communications by updating your account privacy settings
- To comply with any legal requirements or any clause of the Full Terms
The Collected Information will be shared with other users and third-parties in the following manner:
- Any content you choose to upload on your personal account will be shared with the public at large by default. You can choose to restrict access to your uploaded content through your account’s privacy settings
- If you connect to your personal account through a third-party website such as Facebook, the Collected Information may be shared with the third-party website and/or the third-party website’s users
- The Collected Information may be shared with third-parties for advertising purposes
- Statistical anonymous data may be shared with third-parties for the purpose of academic or scientific research and systems operation
- In the event of any claim or legal proceeding against the Company or if a judicial order is issued, the Collected Information will be shared with the relevant legal authorities, as well as with any third-party for the purpose of complying with legal requirements and defending the Company from any such claim or proceeding
- The Collected Information may be shared as well with any third-party if the Company deems it, in its sole discretion, necessary to avoid severe damage or injury to you or any other third-party
- The Collected Information may be shared with any affiliate or branch of the Company.
3. Information Security
The Company will strive to securely store and use the Collected Information to prevent any unauthorized access, using technology and processes which are standard in the industry. However the Company does not warrant that such unauthorized access or use will not occur in spite of its reasonable efforts.
4. Right of Review, Correction and Removal
You are entitled to review the information related to you which is stored in the Company’s databases at any time.

5. Account Termination
You are entitled at any time to request termination of your personal account. The Company is entitled to terminate your account at any time and for any reason, and in particular if your use of the Application violates the Full Terms, third-party rights or the law. Upon termination of your personal account, all content and information previously uploaded to your account will be removed. However if they have been shared by you or other users, they may remain on other users’ systems or accounts or third-party websites. Your posts of any nature, in any chat room, might not be removed. Even after termination of your account, the previously stored Collected Information will remain on the Company’s databases and the Company may use it in accordance with the Full Terms.

The Application and related services are intended for users over 13 years old only.
